I am a licensed home inspector serving New York and New Jersey. Before becoming a home inspector, I worked in the construction trades in the laborers union. I also worked in the carpenters union in addition to 15 years as a residential and commercial electrician. This experience, along with my education at the Inspector Education Institute, has given me great insight into working components of a home.
My clients are my number one priority. I take immense pride in every property inspection performed and in every report delivered. I explain all concerns in a way that my clients can easily understand, while also taking the time to discuss routine maintenance and options to assure proper function throughout the home.
